We are the only Grimsby Estate Agent to have the benefit of customer parking making it particularly convenient for potential purchasers to call and collect sales particulars and arrange viewings etc. As an added bonus we offer support and accompanied viewings 7 days a week to ensure no selling opportunity is missed as we place great importance on the benefit of viewers being accompanied wherever possible.

In addition to residential sales we also operate a comprehensive Property Management service, looking after a range of rental properties for our Clients. We are happy to provide guidance and advice to both established and novice Landlords to ensure the Letting experience is as trouble free as possible.

We offer both competitive rates for selling and letting and our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5,30pm, Saturday 9.30am – 3.00pm and Sunday 11.00am – 2.00pm. Our office is manned seven days a week and our accompanied viewing service is available 7 days a week.
